We often have a few different S/N voucher programs going on, but the requirements change according to the program and veterinarian availability.  We strive to help everyone who inquires for help, so please fill out the application below.  This information will help us determine what program you will qualify for.  When we receive your application, we will contact you to discuss options.   

Please Note:  At this time we only have assistance for cat owners.  We hope to have vouchers for dogs in the future but currently we can only have funding for cats.  (You can try Community Spay Neuter Clinic at 207-721-8395 or Maine Animal Health Alliance at 207-480-1001 for more information on discounted spaying and neutering for dogs.)
